How To Make A Life Happy

We have only one life, first we have to understand of our birth, Because in this world there are so many newly birth many humans and animals are there. But in this world only humans have a specific quality of thinking capability. Human only make a new things in this world rather than animals are not to do. it’s a wonderful capacity, we have but still we are not understanding the life.

A common man need food, good dress and good living space. but humans are not satisfying with this things. They are focusing on the money, is the only thing that make a human happy? other than that many things make a human happy like even a simple comfort food also keeps a human happy, because if you have more money only that satisfy people around you.

Example, i tell a story, we all know about monkey, it likes a millet food, sweets and snacks. one day a hunter went to the forest to hunt the monkey, he used a small trick. he kept a pot which has a big surface but it’s head is very small, inside the pot, hunter kept the all the snacks and sweets. monkey went near the pot and left it’s hand inside and try to pick a snacks, he felt very happy and try to lift the hand but he can’t, he was keep on trying because the pot head is very small so monkey hand stuck in to the pot head, he try to get the hand many time but he can’t, hunter caught the monkey easily. the same thing humans have , because we know anger, selfishness, jealous is the bad things but we are not letting it, like even we will get stuck like a monkey’s hand.

But we have to know once leave that the bad habits, life will be happier. so every one should know money does not make the life happy, good things make the life happy.

What are the things will make the life happy?

I list it down here,

  1. Wake up in the early morning
  2. Praying or doing yoga for your inner peace.
  3. Plan your today activity and schedule it.
  4. Eat a good food.
  5. Get ready fast and do your work sincerely.
  6. Make it your mind peacefully don’t think unwanted things because your heart is not a dustbin it’s a temple get the good things only in your heart, otherwise leave it your bad habits out side our body.
  7. And Good sleep is very important for your next day activity so go to the bed before 10 pm.

These all are the things only have to make happier to your life.
